One of the local grocers got its own butcher. And I sometimes get them to cut me this really juicy steam, and then I go back home and cut the dteak into thin slices, marinade them, and put them into my food dehydrator. You should see my cat, when she get a 100$ cut of beef jerky. She goes nuts.

A woman bought tenderloin steaks from her local Kroger and, upon further inspection, found that some had the consistency of Play-Doh, being incredibly malleable and able to be squished flat with little to no pressure. I want real food back.
