Wheel Meet Again Project Updates: * There will no Creative Crafts on Tuesday 16th of April 2019 * There will be no Ukulele class on Tuesday 16th of April 2019 * There will be no Walking group on Wednesday 17th of April 2019

Project Updates: * We are closed for the Easter bank holidays (Friday 19th &b Monday 22nd April 2019) if you require transport on Tuesday the 23rd please contact the office before 1pm on Thursday 18th of april 2019.

@WheelMeetAgain Sit & Dance, gentle movement to music class at the Palm House Tues 19th. 2pm. £3 with cake and cuppa. Carers are free.

It was great to have a visit from Jeremy Wolfson, Mayoral Lead for Older People, last Friday. Jeremy visited our arts and crafts class and spoke to beneficiaries about what they enjoyed about the project and the barriers older people can face in accessing projects.

Extremely proud of Sue and Anne who spoke to large audiences at the Tate about projects that had been funded by @HOPLiverpool hop. We had a lovely morning learning about other projects and groups across Liverpool, followed by a tour of an exhibition. Oh and cake of course! 😊

Went to our first @HOPLiverpool network meeting @tateliverpool today! Great to hear about the amazing work of @LiverpoolCares & fab HOP funded projects by @WheelMeetAgain & Sefton Older Persons Forum. Plus met lots of lovely people enjoying & benefitting from the network 👍

We had a great time at our Picks and Prose event on Tuesday. Our Ukulele and Creative Writing classes performed pieces they have been working on recently. If you are interested in joining, ukulele is 2-4pm on Tuesdays & Creative Writing is 3-5pm on Wednesdays. Both classes £2.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be no arts and crafts class this afternoon, due to the weather. Tomorrow's trip to the Tai Pan is still on and we hope to be back to normal with classes next week. Stay safe! ❄️❄️

No Blue Monday for us here at Wheel Meet Again - thanks to funding from ComMutual we are providing free 3 course lunches today and tomorrow for 30 of our lucky beneficiaries whose names were pulled out of a hat.

Craft Club have been having a great morning creating embellished canvases. Guided once again by the extremely talented WMA member, Sue.

Our ukulele group played a gig for our friends at Alfred Stocks Court this week. Lovely afternoon with a great audience.

@HOPLiverpool funded us for a project with the theme of "ownership" we used the money for craft classes run by Sue (WMA member) and Ray (volunteer). HOP visited to see Sue deliver a session on jewellery making. We thank HOP for their continued support to Wheel Meet Again.
