Wow! That feels kinda like a double win…Ken Griffin isn’t exactly someone I would back, and neither is holding a property for appreciation and not actually living in it. That chokes others out of the market. While I don’t like wealth taxes (or any taxes), I might actually be for empty apartment hoarding taxes…have to give that some thought 🤔

NYC: The Islamic Marxist ruler of New York doxxed Ken Griffin's Manhattan apartment to 50 million viewers. A UnitedHealthcare CEO was assassinated after being publicly targeted the same way. Mamdani is pushing confiscatory taxes on wealthy New Yorkers & pointing mobs at their front doors. This is not politics. This is incitement with a mayor's microphone.

@ViralVideos People are dumb. That comes out to $52k not including interest. You can pick up a 2016 M3 for less than $40k. A 328i can be had for less than $10k. Maybe this is an older video, but still 108 months is insane. It'll never be worth what he pays for it

Tesla AI Sr. Staff Engineer says Tesla has implemented a new software based Auto-Wiper system that uses the wiper motor itself as a tactile sensor. Instead of relying solely on the front cameras, the system estimates the physical friction between the rubber wiper blade and the glass by analyzing the motor’s electrical power consumption. The system will also automatically enable the defroster when high friction is detected, such as frost or ice. Additionally, it keeps a long-term friction level average to warn when wiper replacements are necessary due to higher than normal friction. Smart stuff! I suspect this system will get better over time with OTA updates.

I just conducted an unprompted, late night oversight visit at an ICE holding facility at the Mesa Gateway Airport with @RepGregStanton and @Rep_Grijalva. What we saw was shocking and sick. Well over 240 detainees stacked like sardines in cells. People were sick and ICE was refusing medical care. Here’s what happened.

No. I made sure I only took on loans I could afford to pay back, and attended a college I could afford. I read the contracts I was signing and made sure I wasnt getting myself into something I couldn't handle. My parents wanted me to go to school. I did for a few semesters before realizing the waste of money it was and quit. If young adults are incapable of thinking for themselves and making financial decisions for college, what else are the unqualified for? Should we let these same unqualified people vote and make decisions about this country without understanding what they are voting for? People should learn to think for themselves instead of just doing g what they are told.

@Whezzel @FischerKing64 Predatory lending. Theyve been told that the only path to success is a degree and the only way to get that degree is to sign these forms. Barely past being kids and theyre signed into debt impossible to discharge pushed by the university itself once they get there It's diabolical

If your weld is bad, you know immediately? Are you sure about that? If you immediately know whether a weld is good or bad, why do they run various tests, like xraying or ultrsonic testing, to make sure there's no internal cracks or inclusion in the weld? Faking reality happens all the time. There's an entire market around manufacturing fake products and passing then off as real.

@om_patel5 the funniest part is he's probably still gonna ship it this is why I trust physical craft over software - metal doesn't hallucinate. if your weld is bad you KNOW immediately. no gaslighting, no "it's a feature", just gravity and physics can't fake reality

These people are retarded. First, they offered you a price for your time and you accepted it. Second, no one is forcing you to work there. If your unhappy about the amount your being paid, find a job somewhere else. He really won't be able to afford to live when he has to pay restitution to the company for burning their inventory.
