Just played Ishtar in Smite 2 and she felt so bad I had to go back to Smite 1… only to realize Smite 1 is better in basically every way. The only edge Smite 2 has is add-ons like aspects/actives—and that’s it. This isn’t nostalgia. I’ve moved on. I play other games I enjoy.

@SPJithins @BIackEyeSMITE Completely change the names or icons of iconic items that people from S1 will know, making them have to relearn the item store. ✅ Reuse icons and names identical to S1 even though the item effect is entirely different. ✅ S2 is not confusing or annoying to pick up.

One of my biggest issue with Smite is when they reuse a name/item but completely change it. Divine ruin is know for it's "anti-heal" if that is not gonna be the purpose of that item anymore introduce it as a new item and new name. Don't repurpose divine ruin.
