Batch 5 and upcoming Batch 6 are using 13 year olds graining Rye for 3-4 years. It definitely gave it slightly more depth when we made that switch

@Bill_Linnane Will not happen. Should not happen. But there SHOULD be a separate designation for Whiskey made with 100% Irish-grown grain (specifically not allowing Irish-malted, but imported grain)

There are 1000's of single casks in the warehouses around the country, so they showed you half a dozen of them, and you picked one. With all due respect, it's not brain surgery.
