@WhiskynStuff Hi Paul, It's a single cask of Balblair that was matured for 5 years in Sherry and then finished for 15 months in Bourbon.

@ADRattrayWhisky Any more info on the warehouse collection Balblair 6 please? Is it a finish or a vatting? How long of a finish? or the make up of the vatting? That type of stuff would be great. Thanks

@krispykremeUK I know its an old rule now, but I only found out yesterday you dont accept cash. You have lost a customer (your local competition gained one🙂) To refuse money is one of the stupidest business practices I have heard of.

@drams_s @whiskyodyssey Very true, it's never safe when you want to drink your investment 🤣

@whiskyodyssey @drams_s Personally, I think given time you would be ok with that investment and it will regain its value. But id rather try and find the next Macallan - e.g. Buying Springbank a few years ago.

@drams_s @WhiskynStuff So much for the theory that they would be the one safe whisky investment. No doubt there’s still some special editions which collectors will go nuts for but it certainly seems to be an indication of the heat coming out of the market.
