@WhitCapGroup provided an $18.9m bridge loan for the acquisition and renovation of a 328-unit Class C garden-style apartment complex in NW Oklahoma City, OK. Proceeds were used to finance the acquisition, fund an interest reserve, and fund the $20k per unit renovation budget.
