I did it!! I gave my tenure talk in the biggest auditorium on campus! There was a greenroom backstage…here’s a glimpse of the final talk outfit and me on the big stage. And thanks so much to my lab for giving me these flamingo glasses of celebration afterwards 🥰

Protip: a wheelchair-accessible taxi is not one where you have to climb up into the seat that's above your head while in the chair, and then have the taxi driver and a friend pop your chair in the boot of the taxi. An accessible taxi has a ramp and space to park the chair with me
