THE BASTARD 𓂀@bastard_untamed
🚨 THE BASTARD FIGHTS FOR CHUD 🔥💥
Straight raw facts, no copium, no bullshit police affidavit spin that we ALL know gets twisted to fit the narrative. Dalton “Chud the Builder” Eatherly didn’t start shit. Words—even the rawest, most rage-bait slurs 🗣️—are protected speech under the First Amendment and the Tennessee Constitution. They DO NOT give some CRAZY-riddled hothead the legal right to put hands on you. Period.
Joshua Fox knew exactly who Chud was, knew his brand, knew he ran armed (it’s not a secret when the dude’s livestreaming confrontations daily), and STILL chose violence. That makes Fox the aggressor, full stop. 🛑
⚖️ Tennessee law backs Chud 100% on this.
Tennessee Code Annotated § 39-11-611 (Stand Your Ground / Self-Defense):
“A person who is not engaged in unlawful activity and is in a place where the person has a right to be has NO DUTY TO RETREAT before threatening or using force... to the degree the person reasonably believes the force is immediately necessary to protect against the other’s use or attempted use of unlawful force.”
And for DEADLY FORCE (which Chud used):
“...if the person has a reasonable belief that there is an imminent danger of death, serious bodily injury... The danger creating the belief... is real, or honestly believed to be real at the time, and the belief of danger is founded upon reasonable grounds.”
Chud was lawfully carrying (2A + Tennessee constitutional carry 🇺🇸). He was in a public courthouse plaza where he had every right to be. Fox comes at him over “chimp out” talk (protected words), throws the first punch, keeps swinging on a smaller man who’s already drawing to de-escalate the threat.
Chud REASONABLY FEARED FOR HIS LIFE — Fox is a 31-year-old Army vet with a documented aggravated domestic assault arrest in 2024 where he threatened his wife with a screwdriver and tried to burn their damn apartment down with an aerosol can. That’s not some random dude; that’s a violent felonious son of a bitch who escalates to weapons and fire when pissed. 🪓🔥
Fox’s own Facebook posts from January prove PREMEDITATION — he was “hoping to run into the chud mf” and wanted to fight him for clout to launch his own Twitch stream. He SOUGHT THIS OUT. He knew Chud was strapped. He attacked anyway. 💥
In that split second, Chud had every legal right under Tennessee stand-your-ground to believe Fox could overpower him, take the gun, and turn it on him or bystanders. That’s textbook reasonable fear of death or serious bodily injury. Chud fired to stop the threat. Self-defense. Case closed. ✅
Fuck the affidavit. Police reports are written to justify arrests and cover asses — they always downplay the aggressor. The VIDEO EVIDENCE (surveillance + eyewitnesses) and Chud’s immediate post-shooting audio (where he tells first responders Fox hit first and wouldn’t stop) will destroy their weak “bladed stance” narrative in court.
To every chimp, blue-haired activist, and media hack screaming “racist NAZI” while ignoring Fox’s history and premeditation: You don’t get to rewrite self-defense law because you hate the words Chud says.
Tennessee stand-your-ground, the 2nd Amendment, the 1st Amendment, and the Bill of Rights don’t give a fuck about your feelings. 😤 Chud was within his legal rights the second Fox put hands on him. He’s walking. The video will prove it. The law is on his side.
Cry harder, seethe louder, cope in the comments — Dalton Eatherly is coming home a free man. 🏆🇺🇸
We rocking with this shit. Freedom ain’t free, and self-defense ain’t optional when a violent aggressor chooses the wrong target. Let the kangaroo court try — it’s gonna get laughed out.
CHUD DID NOTHING WRONG. TENNESSEE LAW SAYS SO. END OF STORY. 💪🔥🦍(SS-589) OUT BUT NEVER FAR AWAY🐰🕳️🇺🇸🪖⚔️🐺
