"Mom and I were at Trader Joe's the other day and this lovely man, Charles (Trader Joe's Employee), walked up to her to ask how she was feeling, and to tell her how beautiful her hair was. She told him she was very sad because she recently lost her husband. This man went and got her a bouquet of flowers, kleenex, a bottle of water, and engaged with her for about 45 minutes as she cried and talked about my father He was so kind and gracious, and even escorted us out and put our groceries in the car. This is one of the reasons why I absolutely love Trader Joe's. They have amazing employees who ALWAYS accommodate their customers and go 'above and beyond' to make the Trader Joe's experience a lovely one. Thank you and God bless you, Charles!
