Don't expect a decision the Pavia renewed motion for a preliminary injunction (which even if they win probably won't result in Pavia himself playing another year, just his co-plaintiffs) until after February 19, as the court granted the NCAA leave to file a surreply by that date.

If a preliminary injunction is entered here it would allow the named plaintiffs to play another year of DI 🏈, because their seasons of JUCO 🏈 would not count towards their four seasons of DI competition. Would likely be copycat lawsuits filed as well.
