Customer complains that we won't honor the price of a failed order, but neglects to mention a few details:
1. Their order was canceled immediately because they ordered with Amex, which we CLEARLY state that we do not take at checkout.
2. We emailed within 60 seconds of the order being placed along with another email from our 3rd party system, but they didn't email us back for 7 DAYS!
3. We honor the prices within 48 HOURS of an order being placed (not including drops) to prevent customers from freeriding our auto-cancellation system.
