The most effective way to ban sms promotion is to spam MP's with so much promotional sms that they all collectively decide to ban it On another note if you have your MP's contacts do send them my way for an unrelated reason

@raajjemv The incident in Hulhumalé Phase 2 on 19 March at around 17:25 hrs was a traffic accident involving two motorcycles. This was not a deliberate attack nor a hit-and-run. One person was injured and taken to hospital for treatment. The incident is under police investigation.
