@Whoeverx0ss no thats definitely normal bmi 18 is healthy as long as u dont have bad intentions to harm ur body just to be skinny :)) Wanting to lose weight is never bad until ur intentions are to hurt urself just to lose weight and have negative behaviours and make poor decisions

@cunnibnny Think i briefly had an eating disorder last year. I was like at least 35 BMI, didn’t even for like 3 days at a time until i was like maybe 23 BMI. Than summer time happened and i rebounded to like 30+ BMI again lol. Jan 2026 i decided to try again now im 19.7 BMI.

@sekitsuii Any snack, that’s filled with saturated fat and trans fat. If you want to be sleek and healthy only intake protein dense foods to retain muscle mass.
