@shaheerthedev @Assimalhakeem I urge you to read this Surah. Even Dauood عليه السلام, made this mistake. Gave wrong judge because of his bias. He realises his mistake and immediately prostates to Allah. And Allah SWT says, we forgave him and for him is nearness to Us and a good place of return.

@shaheerthedev @Assimalhakeem I dont see it that way. Literally the Surah I mentioned. The main lesson is constant reminder. And these specific verses are given as inspiration to our Prophet ﷺ. No one is above reminder from Allah SWT.

This is not valid as he can’t write such a will to his wife who will inherit from him 1/8th. He can give her his property or part of it while alive and must transfer the deeds to her name so that who possesses it for real. This means if she wants to sell any of it, he can’t stop her. Such a gift is valid and he is not sinful for that but he might be a bit stupid as many women would shortly bail out of the marriage once they see they have such a financial cushion!
