@Whojive We don’t know that at all. To the Kings Hunter apparently had value to make them act on it. I highly doubt a second was a game changer in the discussions. We also don’t know when talks first started.

I think Amen Thompson has actually reached the point where he’s underrated. He’s in year 3 averaging 18-8-5 with DPOY level defense. He’s going to have more seasons making All-Defensive First Team than not at the end of the year. He’s one of the best young players in the league.
