Take advantage of your afflictions!

How to keep from feeling discontent with your day: do something new for your iman every day, whether its reading a new surah of the Quran or learning a new hadith or a new dua…

Allah, i will do better and even if i fall i will get up, and even if i fall again i will get up for you, and even if i fall yet again.

May be Allah wants to elevate your rank by testing you by means of someone else, so don’t hold any animosity against the other person

We all have our ups & lows with our iman. When low we may make mistakes we would have never done when we were up. The “you” during your lows does not define who you really are & same with the “you” during your highs. What defines you is your commitment to STRIVE for Allah’s sake.

Stop racing to please yourself. Strive to please Allah and He will grant you happiness in return.

Dont withhold your forgiveness on others out of pride. You are not sinless, how do you then expect Allah to forgive you when you hurt others?

Allah has tailored a test for every single one of us and we are guaranteed that we can bare and overcome it. We can choose to give up and wither away or face and overcome our trials. —“Allah does not burden a soul beyond what it can bear” ~Quran 2:286

Sometimes we are tested with difficulty and we make it harder on ourselves by having the wrong attitude. Perhaps its entitlement, arrogance…

Beware of these trending shirk practices: sublimals, manifestation, reality shifting… To think that you can will for things to be is SHIRK as this trait is only attributed to Allah

Distraction is a drug we need to break free from

I dont think we realize how privileged we are for the Quran. At any moment we could open it and find answers and healing. Past nations did not have this luxury.

Be independent of people but dependent on Allah☝🏻

Your affairs will settle when your focus is set back to Allah

Sometimes people hurt us and our frustration leads us to self-harm. Not speaking of physical harm, but the mental harm of carrying negative thoughts towards the individual(s). It’s healthier to let go and move on.

Some of the salaf used to say: “I didn’t struggle with myself about anything more than my struggle for sincerity”. Without sincerity, actions are meaningless.
