Slant route vs every type of press... I wish I could show y’all all the extra shit I used to do in high school and college (I would still win), but once I learned REAL TECHNIQUE it felt like I could just walk past the DB with such ease. I dictated EVERYTHING.

@GamblerGil @WhyNot8Teen If you really dont believe lifting and sprinting to get stronger and faster isnt important youre a lost cause guy. You can have all the knowledge in the world but if you arent athletic enough it wont take you far. Not to mention its crucial for avoiding injuries.

@WhyNot8Teen It’s the truth coach u worried about kids running forms and not the kids who converting yards. I’d rather throw to my 4.4 guy who catch every ball w ass form ,than a 4.2 guy with good “form” who drop every damn pass and may turn into a returner with no other role . Be real here

@GamblerGil @WhyNot8Teen Hes not talking about speed, hes talking about body control and ability to accelerate and decelerate. There is technique to those things and kids are out playing 7v7 all year doing shit that will not work in tackle football. Becoming a stronger fluid athlete is never bad
