@Emmachuuks I usually target 1 big muscle a day x twice a week and combine abs+cardio & abs + biceps/triceps/forearms/glutes four times a week in smaller sessions Big muscle- jog 1 km after warm up at 8kmph max. That’s enough. Gets the heart rate high. Smaller muscle- HIITs for 20 mins 1st

@HOTBLACKBrew Go to the gym regularly. Start lifting heavier weights. Do HIITs. Push yourself. Get addicted to it. You will have to reduce/quit smoking to progress after a few benchmarks.

Before the release of the film "Dhurandhar" I didn't see a single fan of Ranveer Singh on Twitter. Those who are supporting him now used to make fun of him for his clothes . These kinds of people are very opportunistic, and when they see that posting something about him will get them attention and impressions, they blindly support it. These are seasonal fans not the real ones.

For Aditya Dhar to keep audiences glued to their seats for 3½ hours means he's cooked something mad amazing. In today's time, I don't expect 3 hours of engaging cinema from even all time greats. Commercial prospects look bleak but I think it's gonna be a solid theatre outing
