The BSW Club is collaborating with the Widener Dance Company and the Center for Social Work Education to put on these exciting events for the Widener community next week!

Our friends in the most recent Trauma Supervision Seminar know that #TheTimeIsRightForSocialWork In our most recent seminar students learned about Aging, Sexuality, and Trauma! Special thanks to Dr. Satterly and Dr. Goldberg-Glenn for giving such lively presentations!

Live field discussions provide opportunities for students to share experiences from field & help one another problem solve/plan for field-related issues. This meeting had students from PA, CA, LA, MI, OR, & WA to name a few. A small group from our far-reaching MSW Online Program!

Earlier this month Dr. Barnett took students from her Social Work Practice With Communities class to a community health fair at Chester City Hall, sponsored by @SenatorJohnKane. Attendants were able to receive free health screenings and COVID-19 vaccines.
