Widney Junior School

Year 5 visited St James' church this morning for the Easter Journey and had a wonderful time.

It's Maths Games day today, and the children are having a wonderful time applying their mathematical skills whilst having fun.

Well done to everyone who entered the Moving Car competition today for Science Week. Congratulations to our winners.

On Friday, @DrNShastriHurst visited our school to speak with our pupils about British values, democracy, and how Parliament works.

Our children in Years 3 and 5 had a wonderful time learning about 'Volcanoes' and 'Around the world' today in their VR headset workshop.

SCHOOL CLOSED Due to the adverse weather conditions, both Cranmore and Widney will be closed today. We look forward to welcoming the children back on Monday.

Over 250 parents and children enjoyed our Family Christmas Arts and Crafts event last week. Lots of lovely decorations were made to take home.
