@MatthewLowery11 Dreams is really good in the 2nd half. Its getting past the 1st half is the problem.

@MatthewLowery11 Its...the baseline of what you would call a game. They they could have actually done something with this. They chose to make it repetitive and grindy.

@Wiiviewer Is it terrible?

Quick thoughts on ZOO MANAGER SIMULATOR. It feels like no one playtested this. If they did they would have made the first 2 hours of the game actually interesting. You have to actually wait around and do nothing for 10 min at a time, so you can earn money. This feels like a game I should be able to break, but so far with minor victories aside, I have not been able to. 😭

@DBillbrough @1LL1C1T4FF41R @_webbysworld I read the book and no it's not. It's actually more clear that he was going to stay in the book. It would be at least a ten year journey, and his body was in terrible condition unlike the movie. He was happy on the planet.

do you think Grace was buried on Erid? or did Rocky give him a space send off? or did the Eridians deliver his body back to Earth?

I finished my 2nd draft of my Bendy and The Ink Machine review. I think I use the f word three times. The story is that stupid. Chapter one in particular. However, it's hard to say no to a game that he only paid $1.99 for but all the padding in it, is frustrating

@AvocadoZijnVies I remember looking at them and not being interested. They look like generic brawlers. Plus I didn't know anything about the IP. Even bad games can be entertaining but I have to have a little bit of interest in it.

@Wiiviewer Oh, and for licensed games: the Miraculous games? There's two on Switch, based on the very popular animated series. From what I've heard the first one is not good and the second one is kinda good? But apparently they run way worse on Switch? Would be curious to hear your thoughts

Here is the top of my Wishlist currently. If you have any suggestions, I will always look at it. I do try to vary the genre.

The way the movie sets it up. You would think that he knew the whole time that he was brought up here against his will. It kind of ruins the moment when he realizes it. He had done all these brave acts realizing he was a coward. So much so he threatened to even ruin the whole a project. That's the whole reason she took away his memory.

@HoloDoesDraw @Wiiviewer @ilyukhinaas this makes sense, however i think it would’ve been a GREATER turning point if we found out that STARTT was the one DRUGGING grace into believing he knows nothing. i feel like that’s a big point from the beginning of the novel where he doesn’t know anything about himself at ALL

another thing i wish they included was stratt giving grace the drug to temporarily erase his memory and grace realises it wasn’t the coma that messed up his memory, but by that time he was too committed to think of sabotaging the mission

@MatthewLowery11 The book was better. The movie was good, but it really expected you to have read the book, because they speed though stuff they should have slowed down on. The whole solution to the problem was done off screen while Rocky was sleeping. I don't blame people for being confused.

@Wiiviewer It was a truly great movue in my opinion. I sawcit on the largest screen possible.

My dad and I watched Project Hail Mary and he thought it was just okay. He said it was very confusing at times. I told him they kind of breeze over every science explanation. I have read the book so everything made sense. They didn't even explain why he had memory loss. 🤪

@Wiiviewer have you considered doing a cyberpunk 2077 review? You jokingly mentioned you been "not" playing alot of that game.

@HoloDoesDraw @ilyukhinaas The problem was, it wasn't clear that he was getting his memory back. It felt more like flashbacks than memory flashes. At the moment where he realized he didn't voluntarily do this It wasn't clear that it was his memory coming back

@Wiiviewer @ilyukhinaas I assumed it was from the brutal process of forcing him into a coma that caused the memory loss. So similar effect regardless
