Sinds een jaar of 6 denk ik. In het begin moeilijk want je gaat luisteren. Paniekaanvallen. Maar gaandeweg leer je het negeren. Bij mij hebben de speciale tinnitus muziekjes veel geholpen. Veel te vinden op Youtube. Als ik last krijg dan speel ik dit af. Geeft direct verlichting.

Wie van jullie heeft ook tinnitus? In het begin had ik er veel moeite mee maar inmiddels ben ik eraan gewend. Een constante geruis met lichte piep in het oor. Soms lijkt hij wat harder en dan weer wat zachter. En het is niet door harde muziek. Ik vermoed door medicijngebruik.

@Wijntje80 @AlfinCodes Bad advice, the software manager is utter garbage and breaks after a few updates. Every single time on every single distro I used. You should rather tell people to use the terminal. It will prevent them from having a terrible experience
