I tracked 120 Skool Games winners for 2 years. Only 17 of them were still doing the same thing. Most switched. If you just stay in one lane and keep going - you eliminate 90% of your competition by default. Consistency is a massive competitive advantage.

The people who win long-term aren't the smartest in the room. They're the ones who stayed in the room. Most competition disappears on its own if you just don't quit.

Don't hire someone to solve a problem you don't understand yourself. If you are below 5 m/year. You'll have no idea if they're doing it right. Try it first. Then hire someone better than you at it.

To go from 6 figures to 7 figures, you need extreme discipline and output. To go from 7 to 8 figures, you need to do it for a long time with a team. To do it for a long time, you have to make it fun.

Launch a lot of things. A close friend launched a new offer every 2 weeks for 5 months. All flopped. Then one clicked. He scaled to $1M/month in 12 months. The 10 failures gave him the experience. Every failed campaign brings you closer to product market fit.

Three things that need to align to make an offer work: 1. Right timing 2. Right positioning 3. Right sales process Missing even one and you will fail.

Most founders think growth comes from adding more. But the most underrated skill in business is knowing what to STOP doing. Cut projects. Say no to distractions. Remove anything that doesn’t move you forward. Constraints don’t limit progress. They create focus.

The biggest obstacle to mastery is boredom. Getting distracted by the next shiny object when your current thing starts to feel slow. But the things that feel boring are often the things creating results.

Be like Napoleon in the battle. Lead from the front. Sit with the team, talk to the customers. The closer you are to the problems, the better you can solve them. The closer you are to your customers, the better your product gets.

Skool's founder was losing money for 4 years. At some point $800k/month from personal savings. Building something meaningful requires the ability to stay committed before the results show up. 4+ years before profitability. Now 25-30 million users and $1b+ valuation

A lot of founders make the mistake of upgrading their lifestyle every time the business grows. Once you’ve solved your personal money needs: Cap your lifestyle. Don’t let income growth turn into lifestyle inflation. Put the extra cash back into the mission.

A lot of entrepreneurs spend too much time studying the marketing of others. Black social media. Talk to the customer. Ship things fast.

Biggest lesson I learned about hiring after hiring 100+ people: Hire people who genuinely love the work. They don’t need constant pushing. They improve without being asked. They care about the details even when they are not visible. Even for junior roles.

Talk to customers on small things. Stick to vision on big things. One of Skool's competitors shipped white-label communities. The competitor shipped it, and… it destroyed their trajectory. Skool's customers are requesting it daily but we never shipped it.
