So I’ve got over 100 rookie prospects written up. Basically everything except O line. I’m still working on my understanding of the intricacy of O line play and getting a consistent feel for what I’m watching! Who do you want to see? Sample below ⬇️ QB - Ty Simpson - Alabama ⬇️

Minnesota Vikings — FSI 69.6 — Stable Coaching consistency is the biggest driver here. The Vikings have had 0 coaching changes in the last three seasons, the best mark in the league — a major factor pushing them firmly into the stable tier of FSI. They hover just above .500 in three-year win %, though the sack rate allowed still needs improvement. The J.J. McCarthy experiment has been bumpy so far, but this is a franchise structure built to support a young QB if he truly is the guy. Environment matters. #Skol #Vikings #NFL #FSI

Washington Commanders — FSI 46.3 — Danger Zone The Commanders took Jayden Daniels at No. 2 overall in the 2024 Draft and he immediately delivered, going on a run that earned him 2024 Offensive Rookie of the Year. But his development from here will be tied to the environment built around him. Two heavy losing seasons in the last three years (Daniels was injured in 2025) and three coaching changes in that same period drag Washington into the Danger Zone of the FSI. The talent is obvious. We’ve seen it. The real question now: can the Commanders build the stability needed to maximise it? 🏈 #Commanders #NFL #FSI

Detroit Lions — FSI 77.7 — Stable A top score for a franchise doing things the right way. 🦁 Coaching consistency and a winning culture (0.705 three-year win %) under Dan Campbell, combined with the 4th best sack rate allowed over the last three seasons, creates one of the most stable environments in the league. The result? Jared Goff playing the best football of his career. Another example of a QB thriving not with the team that drafted him, but in the right environment. How much of quarterback success is talent… and how much is stability? 🤔 #Lions #OnePride #NFL #FSI

New York Jets — FSI: 32.3 (Danger Zone) Three straight losing seasons, a struggling offensive line, and minimal investment in weapons. The Jets finally have the draft capital to fix the ecosystem before dropping a rookie QB into chaos. FSI says patience is the smart play. History says this franchise struggles to wait. #Jets #JetUp #NFLDraft #NFLTwitter #FSI

Las Vegas Raiders — FSI: 23.8 (Danger Zone) Three losing seasons. Two years of minimal investment in offensive weapons. Three HC/OC changes in three years. This is what dysfunction looks like. With the 1st overall pick in 2026, are the Raiders about to drop Fernando Mendoza into the Danger Zone? Or do they finally stabilize the franchise first? FSI says the environment decides the outcome. #RaiderNation #Raiders #NFLDraft #NFLTwitter #FSI

Tennessee Titans 20.5 FSI (Danger Zone) 32nd in the NFL on the Franchise Stability Index. • Lowest win % across the last three seasons • 2nd-worst sack rate in the league • 2 HC changes + OC churn in three years Wild to think where this franchise was under Mike Vrabel… and where it is now. They have a QB they believe in who’s flashed real potential. Now Brian Daboll has to change the culture, while the front office fixes protection and surrounds him with weapons. Can the Titans finally build the infrastructure for a QB to survive — and grow? #TitanUp #Titans #NFLDraft #FSI

Tampa Bay Buccaneers – FSI 61.5 – Volatile The Bucs are an interesting case. They spend well, protect the QB at a solid rate, and have hovered around .500 over the last three seasons. But three consecutive OC changes in three off-seasons? That instability matters. Continuity is part of development. FSI isn’t saying Tampa is “bad” — it’s saying the environment is fragile. Stability at coordinator is the next step if they want real QB growth. #GoBucs #Buccaneers #FSI #NFLDraft #QBDevelopment

🦅 Philadelphia Eagles — FSI 66.9 (Stable) A Super Bowl run and a 0.706 win % over the last three seasons tells the real story: this is a winning environment. The Eagles are slightly dragged down in FSI by OC changes in three consecutive years, but when you’ve got one of the best GMs in the league, strong roster construction, and a proven culture, stability still shines through. This is what a stable franchise looks like — even when the surface-level changes keep happening. #FlyEaglesFly #Eagles #BirdGang #NFL #FSI

Dallas Cowboys — FSI 66.2 — Stable Just over .500 on a 3-year win % and quietly elite where it matters: ⭐ 3rd best sack rate in the NFL over the last three seasons 🔁 Just one HC change and one OC change in that window That combination is enough for Dallas to sneak into the Stable tier. They’ve got significant money tied up at QB and aren’t shopping for a rookie this cycle — but make no mistake, this is an environment capable of developing one. Structure. Protection. Continuity. That’s how you stay out of chaos. #Cowboys #DallasCowboys #DC4L #NFL #FSI

Arizona Cardinals — FSI 47.0 — Danger Zone Arizona look set to enter the QB market as they prepare to move on from Kyler Murray. But here’s the concern 👇 A 0.294 three-year win percentage, inconsistent investment in offensive skill positions, and coaching turnover has them firmly in the Danger Zone. This feels like the classic new HC / OC cycle wanting “their guy.” The real question isn’t who they bring in… It’s whether this environment is stable enough to actually develop him. #ArizonaCardinals #BirdGang #NFL #FSI #NFLDraft

Chicago Bears — FSI 42.0 — Danger Zone Caleb Williams is doing what most QBs can’t. He’s surviving instability. The Bears’ FSI score reflects 5 coaching changes and a sub-.500 three-year win percentage — the exact kind of environment that derails young quarterbacks before they ever get traction. To their credit, Chicago looks like they may have finally found their head coach. Stability might finally be coming. But it raises a bigger question: How many QBs could withstand what Caleb has already faced… And what impact does that kind of early instability have on long-term development? Environment matters. #DaBears #ChicagoBears #NFL #FSI

Cincinnati Bengals — FSI 70.6 — Stable This might surprise some. But remember… FSI isn’t a power ranking. It’s a measure of QB environment stability. Yes, the three-year win % dips under .500 — largely tied to Joe Burrow’s injuries. But look deeper: • Coaching consistency (just one change in three seasons) • Elite investment in skill positions • Strong league-wide sack rate The Bengals have their guy. They’ve invested around him. FSI rewards that kind of structure. Stability + talent = sustainable success. #Bengals #WhoDey #NFL #FSI
