I believe this is a young Gannet, in this photo I’ve tried to clean up although Shearwater has been brought up?…can any birders more knowledgeable than me, confirm or deny this, please…I took this at Bempton Cliffs today, the original was very grainy until I cleaned this up…

So I updated a load of photographs from today onto my dedicated Instagram account @WildlifeInWakefield unfortunately they are still grabs from my Lumix camera screen, as it’s still a struggle to get photographs moved from the memory card to the Chromebook…it’ll happen eventually

@Wacky_Anteater Never heard of them until this year, heard them late winter and now in Spring…they look a little bigger than the average Pied Wagtail…cheers pal, thought I was bonkers
