@nilexalted He closed his eyes already feeling better just feeling her forehead against his. Just knowing he had her it was enough. “As long as I always have you to come back to, I’ll always be okay.”

@WildsHunting their foreheads were connected the second she leant down , hand laid to his cheek with a gentle caress . “ I love you , Hunter . no matter what , I’ll be here waiting for you . ”

He was panting loudly as he stood on top of a corpse of a monster. He had single handily hunted a pack of Doshaguma that threatened a nearby village. His left arm was wounded and dripping blood through the armor. Behind the helmet he winced in pain. ~~>

@nilexalted He moved his hand slowly to hold onto hers. He gave her a gentle smile. One that would reassure her. “I’ll always come back. Alright? Don’t you worry. As long as I have you to come back to, I can do anything.”

@WildsHunting 𓂃➹ I say this , that I know I can’t stop you as it is your duty .. however , I still can’t help but to worry about you . especially when you’re like this . . . it’s .. it’s a scary feeling . not knowing if you’ll return here , to me . ”

@nilexalted Even if he ultimately got injured he would still do it again if it means he could save anyone. “I hope you aren’t too mad at me. This is a risk any hunter takes. We might not always come back from a Quest.”

@nilexalted He stayed silent the entire treatment. He knew he had worried her and it was his fault. He should have been more careful and asked help for the quest. Yet despite knowing he should have waited he didn’t regret his decision. Because of his actions a nearby village was saved. ~~>

@nilexalted He didn’t say a thing as he allowed her to help. Not a single thing did he say to their trip back to base. He simple held on tight as he could so he wouldn’t fall off the animal.

@WildsHunting “ don’t move , ” Nitocris demanded gently . slinging his arm across her shoulder before lifting them up to their feet . steadying them both before guiding towards the Seikret . “ we can talk about this once you’re rested . I have to get you to safety . ”

@nilexalted But that didn’t mean he indestructible. “I didn’t mean… to worry you…” He winced in pain as he tried to move but his body didn’t listen. His left hand completely useless to as of right now badly damaged.

@nilexalted He couldn’t even move his body. He was so exhausted and felt in every inch of his body. Not only did he get injured but he fought past his limits just to stay alive. As a hunter he was already physically stronger than an average human. ~~>

@nilexalted Why are you focusing on making chocolates?

I will dedicate these next few days to making sure I make the best chocolates ! this is not a feat a pharaoh cannot accomplish .

@nilexalted He took another bite from his food and noticing her poking. He looked over at her with a concerned look. “Is everything okay..?”

@WildsHunting “ I feel the same , Hunter . being here with you , in your world , seeing all there is that you do . . ” her mind wandered , fork barely picking at the food before her . clearly distracted .

@nilexalted He sat down on a seat near the campfire. Two pieces of meat in both his hands before tossing it into the pan when the butter melted. “Cooking something like this is not hard. It is mostly about timing. Go ahead and throw the mud shrimp in.”

@nilexalted He opened his mouth and took a bite from the meat as well. His eyes lit up as he chewed. The meat just melting in his mouth with the flavor of the spices she added. “Mmm, that was good.” He would try a taste of the shrimp next that was coated in honey. “I’m glad I’m with you.”

@WildsHunting lips parted just as was to offer the meat , carefully taking to taste the fruits of their labor . she practically beamed with excited proudness that she couldn’t help the squeak . “ delicious as usual ! ” she were to reciprocate the gesture in offering him a piece .

@nilexalted He gave her a small nod. “Those are good choices.” He took a fork out and his knife. He cuts a piece of the steak and holds the fork right in front of her. “Want to take the first bite?”

@WildsHunting “ mmm .. I’d like to try this . ” with her choice she’d sprinkle some of the spicy seasoning over , drizzling just a bit of the honey over the seafood afterwards . “ I think this’ll be a good combination ! ”

@nilexalted “It was. It would be the worse fighting the monster on an empty stomach. I do not recommend that.” He let out a small chuckle and then he lifted up the lid showing off two cooked steak with some shrimp. “Now what do you want to add? Some chili or honey? Salt or another spice?”

@WildsHunting “ with everything you do , I’m sure this was something you had to learn quickly . . it is good , tasting all that you have shared with me so far . ”

@nilexalted “I’m not as great of a cook compared to others but it helps keep my stomach full while I’m out hunting.” He placed the lid over the pan. Letting the meats cook within because of the heat building. The butter he put earlier adding to the flavor of shrimp and steak.

@WildsHunting nodding to his instructions before tossing them in . willingly wanting to learn as he was the one to mostly cook , she’d actually get some hands on training in ! “ you make it look easier than it actually is . ”
