@ashonzay_7 100%. Before making profit a trader has to learn to maintain capital. One of the hardest things is to have plenty of cash in the account and only place the right amount in a trade to follow your position sizing!

Too many traders blur the line between patience and poor risk management. The odds of a position recovering from -50% are LOW. But because it’s worked a few times, they gamble on hope instead of discipline. Hope is not a strategy. Rule #1: Protect your capital.
