@rcarmo For OpenSCAD books I would recommend adding: _Programming with OpenSCAD: A Beginner's Guide to Coding 3D-Printable Objects Paperback_ by Justin Gohde and Marius Kintel

@willadams These days computers are fast enough that you don't really need to strip comments (i.e. isolate them from the code) for efficiency, but combining and rearranging source in larger packages is a necessary feature once a package becomes beyond a certain size

@wspr No problem! (I scarcely use it at all). Burned 500 points on tex.stackexchange: tex.stackexchange.com/questions/7228… and have managed to put together something which mostly suits my needs and is _almost_ completely automatic --- we'll see.

@willadams Sorry I don't check here too often these days since Twitter turned to X :) I used gmdoc for a while with some of my smaller packages but ultimately went back to doc/docstrip for its flexibility (even if the syntax is a bit verbose)

How can a stylus be used to select text in Windows 11 web browsers? Or function as a mouse in 3rd party apps such as OpenSCAD Graph Editor? Why have they been crippled since Fall Creators Update?

@wspr Man up and do it all in LaTeX --- if you must, use Inkscape for that good opensource vibe.

My last scientific poster I typeset the text in LaTeX for good H&J and imported the cropped paragraphs/tables into Omnigraffle for visual design. It was iterative and slow but the end product was nice. I don’t have Omnigraffle any more, not sure what I’d do now…
