Had a great time at Trench Mobb Academy camp this past weekend! Went undefeated in 1on1’s and left being one of the 5 OL MVP’s! Also enjoyed seeing the future OL of @LakeRidgeFB get some in too!

Flau’jae Johnson is the lone remaining LSU starter from the program’s 2023 national championship team—the first and only national title in school history. She’ll play her final regular-season home game tomorrow when the Tigers host Tennessee.
Johnson has put together a phenomenal LSU career, averaging (14.7) points, (5.4) rebounds, and (2.4) assists across 134 games in Baton Rouge. She became Kim Mulkey’s first McDonald’s All-American signee at LSU, choosing the Tigers over Texas, Miami, and Ole Miss, and is now just 35 points away from becoming the fifth player in program history to reach 2,000 career points.
As a freshman on the national championship squad, Johnson averaged (11.0) points per game, tied for the 15th-highest scoring average by a freshman on a title-winning team in women’s college basketball history. The following season, she led LSU in scoring throughout the NCAA Tournament, posting (20.5) points, (6.3) rebounds, and (2.3) assists per game. Her 24-point, 12-rebound performance against No. 2 seed UCLA powered the Tigers to the Elite Eight during an especially turbulent season.
LSU has recorded only two (20–0) starts in program history, and Johnson was part of both—her freshman and junior campaigns. That junior season also saw the Savannah native average a career-high (18.6) points per game.
Now in her final season, Johnson continues to thrive despite playing six fewer minutes per game than last year. She has embraced a larger leadership role for a young roster featuring five freshmen, two sophomores, and two juniors.
Across Johnson’s four seasons, LSU is (67–2) at home, with the opportunity to secure win No. 68 tomorrow night. 🪄
