Emphasing winning games over equal game is a choice coaches make. And one day coaches might look to play those children. But they've already dropped out due to a lack of game time. So now there may be no team for anyone. Long term vision v short term success, its a choice.

Comparing 4v4 & 7v7 at U10. 103 children played across 3 matches of each format. 4v4 showed an increase of actions by: ▪️143% for non-dominant players ▪️72% for dominant players Imagine the impact having twice the number of actions per game would have across a season. @MCRumpf

When they were younger it was 3pts for a Point. 1 for a goal. 3 for a catch. If you hit a bad stop opposition hit from its landing position. Sum craic
