Regardless of what the decision is, do you feel #NUFC need to provide clarity in the form of a communication about Eddie Howe’s future at the club in the coming days?

Really great to see a journalist covering #NUFC with no agenda to serve, or relationships to protect. Just simply giving his impartial, objective opinion.
There is a real credibility to this, which has recently been so lacking amongst a number of his peers.

TV pundits will have their say on #NUFC and what should happen next. But they don't watch Newcastle every week, they are chiming in as per a TV broadcast schedule. Sit on a train on the way back from an away match and you will get a real reflection on what fans think. It's not even so much complaints, it's concern at throwing away leads, baffling substitutions/selection and the lack of a Plan B. The same mistakes keep unfolding and 14 Premier League losses and 14th place after a £220m + spend is louder than the opinion of anybody. Fans will always be grateful to Eddie Howe and the respect is still there. But what is the plan moving forward? Newcastle still have some very talented players but that was a strange display at Selhurst Park. At the minute it just looks like we're muddling through.

🧤 Aaron Ramsdale is not going to be signed permanently. His current position as 1st choice keeper was done more so out of a need for change.

@nufctrust Amount of tourists in level 7 was an absolute disgrace for an occasion like this. Hundreds of 'fans' just standing next to the railings posing for photos. Not their fault they're able to get tickets, but the club need to be doing more to stop it from happening.

The amount of Barcelona fans in the home end was frustrating & extremely disappointing considering how many #NUFC fans were unable to get tickets for tonight

I get it, it's a big deal to have Barcelona in town and Lamine Yamal is one of the top 5 players in the world. But #nufc have to approach tomorrow like they did PSG in 2024: with zero respect & belief that they're as good as them. If they don't it's over.
Same message for fans too: hopefully those Semenyo autograph hunters in the home end from the weekend are a one-off thing... 😬
