It shows how many standard deviations the market value is from the realised value: < 1 cycle lows 1 to 3.7 sustainable market 3.7 to 7 overheat warning > 7 cycle tops Now: 2.77. So, peak forecast at current rates is 2.77x mkt ($323k). But, don't confuse it with cycle length (90% complete). Personally, I don't think we'll get to $320k this cycle. With 3-4 months left for bulls, I'm expecting a steep vertical rally driven by Q4 seasonality (+50% avg gain), interest rate cuts, mainstream adoption, ETFs, 401(k).
