Genuine opinions sought! They are in my top 5 released this year. The tri factor of adidas, Offspring, and Mita coming together to work on a ZX classic like the 8000, is a collaboration of epic proportions But the lace choice has me stumped While I appreciate the aqua and yellows inclusion, due to the heritage of the shoe and its original colourway, I feel it then makes them outfit dependent to blend well While the white laces seem to be missing something to my eye, leaving just the black to go with, or is that just too basic? And the lace jewels, more choices, but I just can't seem to agree with myself on these Help! The thing is, the heel detailing, featuring the Consortium logo, just hits spot on, and if there was a pair of laces with those colours, I wouldn't be asking this question 😅
