Today, I filed the Kentucky Student Tuition Protection and Accountability Act (HB 136), freezing tuition rates for our students in publicly-funded colleges and universities for the 4 years that they’re attending school. This will allow our kids better budget for their education.

And just like that, the Income tax will be lowered again in Jan 2024. I proudly cast my YES vote for all the hard working families I represent in the 70th district!

This morning I had the opportunity to tour Comprehend. Comprehend is just one of the amazing resources that our community has, and I will do everything that I can as your representative to ensure we build on this great foundation to better serve this district!

Today, I was honored to have received the Co-Chairmanship of the House Standing Committee for Small Business & Information Technology. This Co-Chairmanship will better position me to represent and advocate for the amazing individuals and businesses of the 70th District.

Happy Thanksgiving to the 70th District! Today, and every day, I am thankful to serve a remarkable community. I wish all of my constituents a wonderful and safe day filled with abundant blessings.

I was honored to be the guest speaker at the Bracken Co. High School Veterans Day event earlier today. As I stated this morning, politicians may make the speeches but our veterans make the real difference! Happy Veterans Day to all of the 70th District’s veterans.

After voting this morning, it was off to finish a roof! Proud to serve my district and my community!

Another busy day in Frankfort, serving my community HD-70

My goal from day one has been to roll back government overreach! The bill we presented today, would do just that! Local water districts, should be able to have the CHOICE to fluorinate there water! #localcontrol

Look I try to not be to political, but I don’t care if your Republican or Democrat, there is no reason that this country can not be energy independent! Nothing that happens in this world should affect the most powerful country in the world fuel prices! We can produce oil here!!

It’s been awhile since my hair has been this short! Freshman year in college to be exact. I had to get a buzz tonight, because my hair was falling out. Ready to take on cycle 2 of chemotherapy later this week! The Flannery girls enjoyed watching Thomas the Barber!
