Poor people should COOK and EAT THE SAME FOODS as my family does. We always have a rice cooker going. Crock pot and pressure cooker. Beans, spices, potatoes, roasts, chicken, carrots, sourdough, not Doritos, full-sugar soda pop, candy bars, and other slop.
