@MarkCheetham @thetimes There are validated ways to objectively add ‘frailty’ to the decision making process. My concern is that patient expectations are so incredibly high and many of the obese, highly comorbid, diabetic smokers have no insight into risk.We will discuss in @Uro_News next month.
