Terrific morning at the BEV conference panel session at @cambriancollege in #Sudbury. It is an exciting time to be in #Mining because our sector is leading the global shift to EVs. It was great to share the progress #Ontario is making in building the supply chain for EVs.

I attended the ground-breaking ceremony today for the new Centre de santé Communautaire (CSC) in #Timmins. With this $17M investment from our government, @CscTimmins can now provide extra programs & services to better serve our #Francophone community in Timmins, #Ontario.

I was honoured to attend today’s opening ceremony and ribbon cutting for @IAMGOLD_Corp’s Côté Gold operation in #Ontario. This is a fantastic day for our #Mining community as this project will create job opportunities for people living in #Timmins, #Sudbury and across the north.

Had a great meeting with Mike, Aaron & Geoff from @kinrossgold at #QueensPark. We spoke about their exciting Great Bear #Gold project near Red Lake, #Ontario. This #Mining project will create jobs & bring prosperity to northern & Indigenous communities for generations to come.

Today in #Sudbury, I announced that our government is investing $15 million to expand the Critical Minerals Innovation Fund. This is a milestone for our Critical Minerals Strategy and it is about building a made-in-Ontario #CriticalMinerals supply chain to fuel the EV revolution.
