Wreck on the restart: Hocevar tried to make it three-wide after getting a shove from Chastain and there wasn't enough of a hole and Bell got turned. Hocevar had previously said he was going to push the shit out of Bell.

This is the equivalent of saying that if your high school basketball team isn’t nearly as good as your opponent at a larger school that the winner of the game should be decided with a single possession instead of keeping score for the full 32 minute game.

Look I understand why folks want 36 race point format. And from a competition standpoint I want to lock it up as early as possible. That’s domination. But if you’re not at Hendrick, Gibbs, or Penske I think it’s a tough business model to sell partners on.

@MambaSmith34 Not to mention the season finale is at a specific track. The current format crowns a “Phoenix champion” or “homestead champion” not a nascar champion. You don’t think thunder road should adopt a playoff format do you?
