Olympic week ended in style!!

Year 4 had a wonderful morning over @StraUponAvonSch with a morning of Sport being led by some fantastic pupils.⚽️🥅🏃‍♀️

Girls from Years 3,4 & 5 attended this mornings Let Girls Play event @StratfordTownFC The future of our girls team looks bright once our very talented Year 6's depart.

We could not be prouder of our athletes who attended the National Cross Country finals in Loughborough today. Representing South Warwickshire, they were immense and an absolute credit to themselves, their schools, their county & their families 👏👏🏃‍♀️🏃🏅

Members of School Council and Pupil Parliament were consulted today by @willowspta to get their views on options for new playground equipment as a result of all of the wonderful fundraising that has taken place recently.

We are very proud of all of our Rainbows, Brownies and Guides who have come to school today in their uniforms to mark World Thinking Day. 🌍

Year 5 enjoyed dissecting tulips to identify the different parts involved in sexual reproduction in plants. We carefully detached each part while learning about their functions. We were able to use the vocabulary we had learnt to describe the process. @WillowsCE

Year 5 had a great time at this mornings Sports Hall Athletics event. Lots of amazing running, jumping and throwing. 🏃🏃‍♀️🏅

Congratulations to our girls footballers, who put in an outstanding performance, resulting in a 2-0 victory away at Bishopton. The progress and increasing participation is a joy to behold! ⚽️

Many thanks to the wonderful coaches @stratfordsport for giving our Year 6 pupils a squash taster session yesterday. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves and many are commenting on how they will be returning for more!

Massive well done to our Year 6 boys footballers who competed in a thrilling 2-2 draw against Bishopton Primary School last night. A really exciting end to end match.

Amazing results from Saturdays Cross Country meeting at Stratford High School, with 4 1st place finishes across 8 races. Many other superb performances too! Well done to everyone who braved the cold! Incredibly proud of you all.
