Diolch Head Chef Richard and Executive Chef Joe at @vocohotels for delivering a fish filleting, cooking, and plating workshop for Year 10 Hospitality & Catering pupils from @willowshigh. The students each plated their own dish to an impressively high standard. #Thankyourhtursday

Many thanks to @Arup whose engineers delivered an excellent Yr7 Engineering Day at @willowshigh. Pupils learnt about the role of an engineer and worked in groups to design, cost and build a load bearing bridge. Great work from pupils today.
