ICE uses a tactic called the "death box", surrounding your car and giving conflicting orders. In the Renee Good video taken closer up, you hear one of them say "get the fuck out of here" and another saying "get out of the car." It's designed to confuse you. It’s intentional. It's illegal for ice to detain US citizens unless they are impeding their ability to do their jobs. Generally none of them are, they're just overzealous cunts cosplaying as officers
