@WillyOjwang Focusing on clinical officers offers coverage but the quality of healthcare for the country will stagnate, advancements will remain slow and people will try to opt for clinical medicine bse it's a shorter course than mbchb, fewer doctors, even fewer specialists

Earning a first class regardless of the course or university is impressive. It is an evidence of discipline and grit over a prolonged period of time. Congratulations Alionya on your first class although you need to do more research before interviews to inject better.

Being a physician, this is how I read a chest X-ray, not by staring, but by systematically decoding a story hidden in shadows 👇 🩻 Stepwise Approach to Read a Chest X-ray: 1. Patient + Technical Quality (Always first) Before interpretation, ask: Name, age, date AP or PA view? Erect or supine? Adequate inspiration? (≥6 anterior ribs visible) Rotation? (medial clavicles equidistant from spinous processes) Exposure? (can you see vertebrae behind heart?) 👉 Many “false diagnoses” are just poor films.
