I don't think the GOP fully grasp how badly they are fucking up right now. I'm talking to people who normally have ZERO interest in politics who are legitimately pissed off. They are not seeing the major reform they thought would happen and are REALLY MAD about it. No true accountability. No true mass deportations. No meaningful decrease in the deficit. Lots of very long vacations and no work. No bills being passed that REDUCE the government involvement in their lives. I'm very worried the GOP is sleepwalking toward a midterm reckoning they don’t see coming. People are pissed off that they voted Trump into office and then the GOP continues to slow-walk every reform people want. Where are all the DOGE cuts that were promised? Where is the SAVE ACT? Why haven't we defunded the Taliban yet? Why are bills passing the House and then disappear in the Senate? Why are the GOP still funding Left-wing NGOs that target and hate MAGA Republicans? Why are members of the GOP pushing for mass amnesty instead of mass deportations? People are waking up and they aren't happy about it. People believed they were voting for the Trump agenda. and instead, many feel like they’re getting the same old Washington. If Republicans in Congress don’t start producing tangible results, they’re going to discover that frustration has consequences... ...And by the time they realize how deep-seeded that frustration is, it may already be too late.

5 Republican Senators cannot remove Senate Majority Leader Thune. It takes 5 Senators to force a party conference meeting, but it would require 27 Senators to remove him. Instead, we will primary a laundry list of incumbent Republican Senators in 2028 if they don’t give us the SAVE America Act. Thank you, Texas & Louisiana.

@AnnCoulter I think if you moved these violent drug happy welfare receipents to wealthy neighborhoods, they would become wealthy productive members of society!

The 21st Century Road to Housing Act expands Section 8 housing, a government program to move violent, gun-happy, drug-dealing welfare recipients from inner-city public housing units into previously safe neighborhoods. The theory is that if only criminals lived in nice middle-class areas, they’d get jobs and become productive members of society! Prevented by their own ideology from criticizing welfare dependency, single motherhood, drug use or criminality, liberals blame dysfunctional behavior on… ZIP CODES! Instead of addressing why people might not want to live in places where they get mugged, Congress decided to move the bad neighborhoods to them. In a completely unexpected development, wherever Section 8 appears, crime skyrockets. The newcomers don’t get jobs, but they do get to live in nicer places and have access to a relatively more prosperous set of victims. - 'President Trump, Veto the Housing Bill!' New York residents are furious at Zohran Mamdani over power restrictions Con Edison implemented 8% voltage reductions in parts of Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx and northern Manhattan. This means residents have to deal with things like slightly lights and appliances not working at full power “Zohran Mamdani you're a real piece of f*cking sh*t. I get a message from Con Ed and they tell me that they're going to lower the voltage in my area to reduce outages. What a coincidence, the same day Taylor Swift gets married— Imagine going to a gas station paying full price, but they quietly give you 10% less than what you're supposed to get. Welcome to socialism” Remember that while this is happening and residents are being told to keep their air conditioning at 78 degrees, the New York Post did investigative journalism and found temperatures inside City Hall were as low as 54 Rules for thee but not for our socialist leaders

After the surrender of Confederate forces under Confederate General Richard Taylor in Citronelle, Alabama, on May 4, 1865, the respective staffs of both sides met at a social luncheon. Union General Peter Joseph Osterhaus, a recent "German 48er" immigrant, approached General Taylor and spoke in broken English. Osterhaus told Taylor that Southerners would now be instructed in the true American principles to learn to become good Americans. Taylor, the son of a President and the grandson of a Revolutionary War soldier, responded with biting, witty sarcasm. From Taylor's memoirs, "I apologized meekly for my ignorance, on the ground that my ancestors had come from England to Virginia in 1608, and, in the short intervening period of two hundred and fifty-odd years, had found no time to transmit to me correct ideas of the duties of American citizenship. Moreover, my grandfather, commanding the 9th Virginia regiment in our Revolutionary army, had assisted in the defeat and capture of the Hessian mercenaries at Trenton, and I lamented that he had not, by association with these worthies, enlightened his understanding. My friend smiled blandly and assured me of his willingness to instruct me. Happily for the world, since the days of Huss and Luther, neither tyranny nor taste can repress the Teutonic intellect in search of truth or exposure of error. A kindly, worthy people, the Germans, but wearing on occasions." The absurdity of an immigrant Union officer, ignorant of American Founding principles, political history, and culture, lecturing an old-stock Southerner, whose family had been here from the very beginning, on Americanism.

You are a complete moron. The fountains are flowing just fine. The reflecting pool gets cleaned every single year. The Meridian Hill Fountain has been under repair since President Biden. Multiple administrations. Just because Trump takes credit, or destroys something to patch it up, doesn't mean he is fixing every damn thing in the city. He just takes credit when others are busy, you know, running the country and not getting us into forever wars.

Rosen is an absolute embarrassment to Nevada.

🚨 HOLY SMOKES. Sec. Marco Rubio just OBLITERATED Sen. Rosen (D)'s lies ROSEN: You were at a PARTY instead of helping JD Vance negotiate with Iran! RUBIO: "You don't know what you're TALKING ABOUT! I know your staff wrote up this CUTE statement for TikTok, but it's NOT TRUE. And it's not real. That's NOT what happened." "I was not at a party. If people are going to SLANDER me. I'm going to answer it!" "You're 100% inaccurate and 100% wrong. Here's why. Number one, the vice president of the United States was there...Mr. Witkoff, the president's envoy, and Mr. Kushner, were the team [Trump] sent to Pakistan. I was NOT at a party. I was next to the PRESIDENT." "Because in the midst of those negotiations, I was in communications with them. And in fact, I think there is media reporting from that evening on how multiple occasions I went into a back room. I came back out and spoke to the president and was constantly updating him." "On that evening, I spoke to Mr. Kushner and our negotiating team and Mr. Witkoff on at least SIX occasions, including twice on a secure line from the phone they had access to over there!" "I'm the national security advisor and secretary of state. I was co-located with the president in the midst of a high stakes negotiation so that I could immediately inform him about events occurring halfway around the world." "I was where I needed to be at that moment because we had a very capable team on the ground in Pakistan, led by the vice president, led by the vice president of the United States." 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

.@ScottJenningsKY on Arizona Democrat Senator Mark Kelly leaking sensitive information about the U.S. missile stockpile to CBS’s Margaret Brennan... “Well, I’m glad we have an admission of what’s going on here. Mark Kelly’s partisan interests are what’s most important. This man is a United States senator. He’s getting classified briefings from the Pentagon. And then he goes on television and tells our enemies around the world in great specificity, which weapon systems are depleted, which need to be restocked. Setting aside the legal issues, which — I’m with Molly, I’m not a lawyer either, and I don’t know what the future of that holds. Did he ever stop to ask himself what is in the best interest of the United States of America, and not just my own political future? Because it’s obvious that he did not. A sitting senator going on television and telegraphing to our enemies and our threats around the world what we may or may not have. It’s extraordinarily irresponsible, but let’s not let that get in the way of a presidential campaign.” “Well, I mean, it’s already out in the open when Kelly goes on television.” “I think everybody heard it. It was on.” “So the options here would be to ignore it or to lie about it?” “Look, look — I mean, look, Mark Kelly went on television and said, I got a classified briefing and here’s what I was told.” “Look, this all started because a senator received classified information and chose to disclose it for the good of his own partisan interests, not for the good of the country. I don’t know that there’s any other blame to be laid here.”
