@WilsonCodeSpace When replacing files on your game server, it's being treated as a "local copy" (so we don't overwrite changes you're making) – and thus not receiving updates. Reach out to support@dathost.net if this happens again and we'll take a look at your server.

The Palworld update released today encountered a problem where the server was unable to identify pre-existing character data, requiring the creation of new characters We’ve now pushed out a workaround to the issue, our system will automatically reboot servers in the next 30 min

@DatHost Yeah I did that 20 times today and it never updated. So I went ahead and manually did it myself.

@WilsonCodeSpace Hey, you don't need to do that. All our servers auto update to the latest version within 30min and you can speed this is up yourself by just rebooting the server. We check for updates and apply them every time you reboot your server.

@DatHost @DatHost I fixed this myself. I downloaded the binaries from another server I self host, uploaded them to your platform and now everyone can login. Updating here just in case anyone else comes across this issue.

@DatHost Hey @DatHost I am glad you all put something in place for this, but I haven't been able to connect to my server at all today. It keeps giving the error message below. Even though my client is updated. I even reinstalled my game.
