🤔Reflections on #CHIPCHIP's Beta Testing 🎉Surprise at the End! Despite major product issues during our beta testing, leading to a halt and complete redesign, we've gained valuable insights from the community. Your feedback will guide us in designing a better product. Here are our reflections on #CHIPCHIP's beta testing: 1⃣Cash Games🎲 To prevent collusion, our initial product only allowed players to join cash games via specific links. However, we found that most players preferred to join tables directly, especially when there were fewer online players. To meet this demand, our new product will include a public table mode in addition to the existing private table mode. Collusion will be prevented through IP and GPS isolation and level-based random allocation. 2⃣Tournaments🏆 Beta testing showed minimal demand for user-created tournaments. The new product will remove this option, focusing on platform-led tournaments. We'll assist communities wanting to host events. 3⃣Event Operations🎯 Free events are great for attracting new users, but we overlooked user conversion, resulting in fewer long-term players. The new product includes a redesigned commission system, encouraging engagement and promotion through rewards and future airdrops. 4⃣Mobile Experience📱 Initially, we focused on a web version for its wallet connectivity and larger screen. Testing revealed higher mobile usage. The new product prioritizes mobile, launching with an H5 version for both mobile and desktop, followed by Android, iOS, and Telegram MiniApp versions. 5⃣Multi-Currency Support💸 The old product supported many cryptocurrencies to cater to diverse users, but over 90% used $USDT or $USDC. The new product will support only $USDT, $USDC, and a few major cryptos. We can still support your community's token for specific events or cash games. 6⃣Global Ambassadors🌍 We've recruited excellent regional ambassadors from the UK, Turkey, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, etc. Most ambassadors are Web3-focused. We'll recruit influential poker KOLs and community leaders to enhance our Web2 outreach. 🎁Surprise Time!
