the most dangerous lie in AI right now: "AI will replace jobs" no. AI replaces tasks. jobs are bundles of tasks. when you automate 60% of someone's tasks, you don't fire them. you give them the capacity to do work that actually matters. the companies laying people off because "AI" aren't automating. they're cutting costs and using AI as the excuse. there's a difference. second order effect nobody talks about: when AI handles the repetitive work, the remaining human work becomes harder, more creative, more judgment-heavy. the bar goes UP, not down. which means the people who win aren't the ones who learn to "use AI." it's the ones who can do the things AI can't verify about itself. real problem solving. real building. real proof of capability. that's why we built @talentosapp on verified output, not credentials. the future doesn't care what school you went to. it cares what you can actually do when the easy parts are automated away.

The message @juanbenet from @protocollabs has for our community: "Immediately become as AI-native as possible. You can achieve what you want in days or weeks—instead of months or years." Funding infrastructure can be dramatically accelerated by these systems, and it starts NOW.
