A huge thanks to the @Arup Edinburgh team for coming out to take a session with our S1’s where they got to explore types of engineering with a specific focus on fire engineering🧯 Pupils were also tested to build the longest bridge from pasta and marshmallows 🌉@wlwinchburgh_ac

Massive thank you to Murray a civil engineer from @morgansindall who came to present to a group of our S1’s who got to find out more about engineering and construction. Teams were then tasked to build the tallest tower out of marshmallows and cocktail sticks🗼@wlwinchburgh_ac
