Everyone is obsessed with Protein. But in reality it is often inadequate Calcium that causes stunted growth. Ideally one should have at least 1.2g Calcium for every 1g Phosphate in their diet. Once you mess up this ratio chronically (which almost all Indians do), your body starts leaching Calcium from bones even when your serum Calcium in blood tests is normal. A great jawline can also be achieved with adequate Milk in diet. Almost nobody in India has a high Calcium diet. Vegetariam Haryanvi bros who are tall and well built have a lot of milk which gives them BOTH Calcium and Protein. So chickenmaxxing won't lead to gain in height coz it's Estrogenic PUFAslop high in phosphates and low in Calcium. In reality giving your childden 2-3 glasses of cow milk a day will lead to insane growth and great bone mineral density.

Ajrakh is one of the world's oldest block-printing techniques. Gujarat-printed ajrakh was excavated from Al-Fostat, near old Cairo in Egypt, and was showcased at the ‘India and the World’ exhibit at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya, Mumbai, from November 11, 2017, to February 18, 2018. Lassen, a notable historian, has asserted that even Egyptian mummies were wrapped in muslin cloth originating from India. This suggests that Indian textiles, including those employing techniques similar to Ajrakh, were highly valued across different cultures and regions. The use of indigo and madder dyes in Ajrakh printing gave the fabric a distinctive appearance that was highly sought after in ancient markets. To preserve the heritage of this time-consuming craft (which takes up to 14–16 meticulous stages to produce), Ajrakh from Kutch received a Geographical Indication (GI) tag in 2024. It's history traces back 4,000+ years to the ancient Indus Valley Civilization. The famous steatite bust of the "Priest-King" from Mohenjo-daro depicts a garment with geometric trefoil and circle motifs that resemble modern-day Ajrakh. Ajrak is a completely Indian art form.
