Nearly got the 4,000 sq ft green sodded yesterday. Slow go, had to stop using the Sod Ox tractor attachments for massive rolls and go down to 4-6 ft rolls😏, sod was too fragile from fall aeration to hold with big rolls. Aeration Monday thru Wednesday will side track us for a bit

We are slowly wrapping up the new short game complex between the heavy rains. We should be all done with sod and seed this coming week. Fescue sod from @desertgreenturf got through their mild winter beautifully. Hope to open in early May.

Taking the heavy rain well. We sod the forward tee tomorrow. Both greens and surrounding collars get sodded next week, then bunkers sodded the following week. Seed the remaining 1.5 acres with fescue and top dress that with poa/bent plugs harvested from the adjacent fairway.

Tee sod got laid after lunch, a bit slimy but we got it.

Two greens, one large bunker, one small bunker, 20K sq ft of fairway cut practice area, two new tees for the 10th hole, new cart path routing. 1,000 feet of drainage installed so far, 1,000 more on Monday. 23 sprinkler heads, pipe and wire (IC) going in tomorrow. Rain Tuesday 😏

Been a minute. We are back to some remodel work. Pulling up old cart path on 10th hole and short game practice area. Full remodel of short game area and 10th tee alignment starts in a few weeks with a good weather stretch.
